Growing up Southern is a privilege. It runs a helluva lot deeper than just where you’re born. It’s a set of ideals passed down through generations. Sure, it’s about sweet tea and swimmin’ holes, front porches and fried chicken, magnolias and Moon Pies. But more importantly, it’s about being devoted to your roots; having a sense of place, of tradition, of family, hard work and each other. And those, my friends, should be universal ideals.

To that end, we proudly present the critically acclaimed Yardbird Southern Table & Bar. A house of worship to farm-fresh ingredients, classic Southern cooking, culture and hospitality. Helmed by award-winning restaurateur John Kunkel, the original location was recognized by the James Beard Foundation as Best New Restaurant and was named among America's Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit.

What we believe is a noble endeavor indeed. So stop on by our much anticipated Las Vegas outpost, cop a seat and sample some from-scratch divinity. We’re serving up the freshest, most inventive takes on regional Southern fare for lunch on weekdays, supper seven days a week and weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. We’ll keep a place set for you.

Special Events

Chef’s Table Experience

10-20 People

Groups of 10-20 can enjoy a Yardbird signature chef-curated experience in the private dining room. Groups of two or more can also enjoy this experience in the main dining room. A four-day advance notice is required. Groups that exceed seven are subject to a food and beverage minimum.
