Do you have a donation program?
Yes, The Venetian and Sands Expo donation program is part of our Eco360 Green Meetings initiative. It supports a number of charitable organizations and gives meeting professionals, show managers, and exhibitors the opportunity to donate leftover materials post-event. Yes. Meeting room key requests may be initiated using the Meeting Room Key Request Form in the Meeting Forms PDF.
What are some unique spaces we can use for general session or receptions?
We offer many unique and non-traditional spaces of all sizes. These include private dining rooms, hospitality suites, theaters, pool patios, and lounges. Your Sales contact or Event Manager can help you book events at most of these venues; to reserve at restaurants, bar, or lounges, you should contact the venue directly. What are your floor load limits?
What is your maximum contiguous expo hall square footage?
Which of your services are exclusive, meaning that only The Venetian or Sands Expo supplier may be used?
Will vacuuming or damp mopping be included with my booth space?
Vacuuming and damp mopping is typically not automatically included in booth rental, but may be ordered online. Sands Expo is the exclusive provider of all custodial services, including vacuuming and show floor cleaning.
Is daily trash removal (during show hours) automatically included in the à la carte option for booth cleaning?
Does my audio/visual order include electrical service?
No - electrical service is not included in equipment pricing and must be ordered separately.
Do I need to be present when my audio/visual equipment is delivered?
What happens if I have to cancel all or part of my audio/visual service order?

Do you offer in-booth dining?
Yes, we do. Simply visit our online ordering page to view and purchase daily offerings such as premade salads, sandwiches, hot entrees, snacks, and hot and cold drinks. Once your order has been processed, we’ll deliver it right to your booth.
May I distribute food or beverage samples at my booth?
Exhibitors may distribute samples of food and/or beverages only upon written authorization by Sands Expo. The Request to Distribute Samples form may be downloaded and submitted on the online ordering page.
When are guaranteed F&B numbers due?
