An elegant and luxurious cocktail retreat at The Palazzo Las Vegas, Rosina celebrates the classic cocktail, boasting a menu of beloved originals, crafted with the highest quality ingredients, and served in an environment that embodies seductive glamour.
Rosina’s attention to even the smallest of details is showcased in the bar’s most innovative feature, a “Champagne Call Button” that allows pleasure seekers to simply top off their flute with the push of a button. Guests will enjoy classic cocktails like the Negroni, Manhattan, and the Dark and Stormy. Intimate by design, Rosina will seat just under 65 guests.

Rosina embodies old-school allure with its Art Deco flair, and shimmering shades of black, pearl, gold, and rich burgundy. Warm and opulent crystal chandeliers hang above maroon u-shaped banquettes on each side of the bar. High-top tables accented by burgundy velvet chairs placed in front of the bar and small cocktail tables paired with pearl colored leather chairs spread throughout the lounge area provide lavish yet, varied seating options for guests.
Rosina features a curated soundtrack of soul, classic R&B, and reggae with hints of sultry jazz and blues. Guests can expect to hear the stylings of timeless artists including Nina Simone, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Lauryn Hill, and Maxwell, while enjoying classic cocktails in a refined setting.

Join the Master Chefs of France for a rare glimpse in their natural setting as they prepare gourmet masterpieces right in front of your eyes. The evening will begin with a craft cocktail reception at the beautiful Rosina. Guests will then be escorted to a private kitchen in the heart of The Venetian where the famed chefs will be waiting with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. There, guests will be fully immersed in the art of the chefs' process while enjoying a cornucopia of creative, thoughtfully prepared dishes, lavish cheese plates and desserts accompanied by Landmark Overlook Chardonnay and JUSTIN ISOSCELES (California).

The team at Rosina has selected chocolates from famed French chocolatier Debauve & Gallais, which has built a cult following among aristocrats, artists, gourmands, and celebrities, since it was founded in 1800.
At Rosina, guests who visit between 9 p.m. and midnight will be offered a treat - a Debauve & Gallais chocolate that specifically pairs with their choice of cocktail.
The New York Times Style called the chocolates “arguably the world’s finest” and Bon Appetit called them the “crème de la crème of Left Bank chocolates.”
