An Update on The Coronavirus (COVID-19) Situation

Updated March 20, 2020

The Venetian Resort, which includes The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Venezia towers, temporarily suspended all resort operations on Thursday, March 19. In accordance with the Nevada Governor’s order for a thirty-day statewide closure of all non-essential services, this includes the closure of casinos, restaurants, bars and retail stores.

The health and safety of our guests and Team Members continues to be our top priority. We made this decision out of an abundance of caution.

In accordance with this, our Call Center is also closed. If you have an urgent matter that cannot wait, please contact us at VenetianInfo@sands.com and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

Guests who booked directly with The Venetian Resort with an arrival date between March 18 and April 16, your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will receive a full refund. It may take between 7-10 business days to receive your refund.

Guests who booked with an online travel agent or any other third-party should contact their booking agent for refund information.

For guests scheduled to arrive April 17 and beyond, reservations remain in place. If you have questions regarding your reservation, please email VenetianInfo@sands.com.

Our thoughts are with all affected during this difficult time. Our Team Members look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. At this time we are taking new reservations for arrivals beginning April 20, 2020. This is subject to change.

In times like this, it is our community that lifts us up. Our parent company, Las Vegas Sands Corp., has announced it is donating a total of $250,000 to Three Square, Communities In Schools, Share Village Las Vegas and other local non-profits to help these organizations better serve the community during this time of need. In addition, the company plans to bolster that financial support with donations of meals and needed equipment. In these unprecedented times we encourage everyone to support their communities and fellow neighbors.

Be well and see you soon.
