Whether you seek out unique cuisine to fill your Instagram with drool-worthy dishes or you get a genuine thrill from finding the best-kept foodie secrets, Las Vegas is the perfect place for all the above. Having a large concentration of incredible restaurants makes this easier. From delicious brunch to cocktails inspired by astrology, there are a number of culinary experiences you can only indulge in at The Venetian Resort.
Indulge in cuisine from six different celebrity chefs. David Chang is the newest chef to join the culinary elite at the resort with his modern steakhouse Majordōmo Meat & Fish and Moon Palace, a quick and casual spot servings sliders. Lorena Garcia was the first Latina chef on the Strip with Chica, a restaurant exploring the vibrant flavors of Latin America. They both fit right in with Emeril Lagasse, famous for his Creole-influenced cuisine at Delmonico Steakhouse and Lagasse’s Stadium. Wolfgang Puck’s innovative style of cooking shows at his steakhouse, CUT. Buddy Valastro is known for his hit show Cake Boss, but his Italian-American family recipes at Buddy V’s and Carlo’s Bakery are favorites of travelers to The Venetian Resort. Last but not least, Thomas Keller rounds out this celebrity chef roster with his French concept, Bouchon.
Award-winning Chinese restaurant Mott 32 debuted their Bottomless Brunch to rave reviews, “truly dim sum and then some,” Yahoo Lifestyle says it’s the “best deal in Las Vegas.” Beginning with an assortment of handcrafted dim sum, including har gow made with king prawns and garlic chives. Next comes your choice of unlimited signature items that appeal to all of your taste buds, whether they’re interested in seafood, meat, soup, rice, noodles, vegetables, or desserts. There are plenty of other weekend brunch options to take advantage of at the resort, including Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, sixth+mill ristorante, pizzeria and bar, Bouchon, Buddy V’s Ristorante, Chica, LAVO Italian Restaurant, Morels Steakhouse & Bistro, SUGARCANE raw bar grill, SUSHISAMBA, Truth & Tonic – Wellness Café, and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar.
Ever wonder what cocktail fits your personality? The bartenders of The Cocktail Collective have consulted the stars for inspiration. They’ve created 12 new drinks dedicated to each sign of the zodiac. You can find all the libations at The Dorsey Cocktail Bar, Rosina Cocktail Lounge, and Electra Cocktail Club all year long. Electra’s vibe has the energy of a nightclub with the feel of a local hotspot. It’s perfect for birthday outings to bring your entire crew. A 40-foot LED screen takes up one wall of the bar to showcase custom art throughout the night. Visit any of the bars on your birthday to receive 50% off your first Zodiac Cocktail.
Looking for a great happy hour? Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano and sixth+mill ristorante, pizzeria and bar both offer 50% off specialty cocktails, wines by the glass, and beers. Enjoy a selection of small bites offered on their bar and lounge menus. At Matteo’s, some options to try are a lightly-fried sage dough with arugula, stracciatella, and olive oil or foie gras with a brandy-glazed pear. From the cocktails, sip on the sta’schise, mixed with mezcal, Fresno chili, rhubarb, aperol, lime, agave, and basil. For sixth+mill, try the Brussels sprouts, they’re a great balance of crispy and tender with toasted almonds, paprika, and lemon. Choose the vesper from their cocktail menu; it’s a mix of gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc, and lemon peel.

Quality late-night eats are hard to find, but at The Venetian Resort, there are plenty of tasty options. The newest on the scene is Moon Palace by David Chang. Serving up sliders made of all-natural beef brisket and short rib, the patties are juicy and griddled to perfection with cheese and caramelized onions. Order a side of hot chips and luna sauce to complete your meal experience. Hong Kong Café is another late-night spot to check out. They won OpenTable’s Diners’ Choice Award for “Best Asian Restaurant in Las Vegas” for serving up a packed menu of Chinese cuisine. Try the rice rolls with XO sauce, crispy noodles with prawns, and a milk tea with boba.
Great news vegans, plant-based restaurants in Las Vegas are on the rise. The Strip is seen as a place to indulge, but who says you can’t indulge in being healthy? At Black Tap Craft Burger & Beer, you can do just that. They offer meatless patty options, and a vegan CrazyShake called the black ‘n white cake shake. It’s a soy-based chocolate shake, with a housemade vanilla frosting rim (made with almond milk), chocolate chips on the side, and topped with a thick slice of Black ‘n White cake, which swaps in applesauce instead of dairy. It’s finally finished off with a rice-based whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Truth & Tonic – Wellness Café is boasting the first fully plant-based menu on the Strip. They have nutrient-dense superfoods, smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, coffee, and cocktails to appease every craving you have. Whole grain ciabatta toasts and tofu scramble are just a couple of the many dishes to choose from.
