An inspiring evening of music in support of a critical cause
The Strip’s most notable headliners will come together under one roof in the fight against Neurofibromatosis (NF) for Las Vegas’ eighth annual NF Hope® Concert, a benefit set to take place 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018 in the Palazzo Theatre at The Palazzo Las Vegas. Proceeds from the event will benefit Neurofibromatosis Network, an organization serving families and individuals suffering with the neurological disorder Neurofibromatosis (NF). A portion of the proceeds will also benefit the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation in the support of Southern Nevada families touch by this common, yet seldom supported disorder.
The Hope Concert, produced by former JERSEY BOYS star Jeff Leibow and his wife, Melody, draws the largest names in Las Vegas show business and this year’s list of performers include Grammy Award winning group All-4-One, two-time Grammy Award nominee Clint Holmes, Earl Turner, multi-platinum selling group Human Nature, Finding Faith, Mo5aic, The Bronx Wanderers, The cast of the award-winning Cocktail Cabaret, the Las Vegas Academy Choir and more. This year’s concert will also be hosted by radio personality, Chet Buchanan.
The event is inspired by Leibow’s daughter, Emma, who was diagnosed with NF in 2010 at the age of nine months. NF is a genetic disorder of the nervous system characterized by tumors that can grow on any nerve in the body without warning. Leibow and his wife, Melody, conceived the idea for the concert upon the realization that they had an obligation to their daughter and the 128,000 people living with NF in the US alone to educate others about the disorder. Since its inception in 2011, the NF Concert has raised more than a $625,000 for Neurofibromatosis research and advocacy.
Tickets can be purchased at any box office at The Venetian or The Palazzo or by calling 702.414.9000 or 866.641.7469.
