Karin Davis

Vice President of Sales at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Karin Davis, joined The Venetian in 2008 as a National Sales Manager. In this role, she dedicated her focus to developing technology, pharmaceutical, and insurance clients before advancing to her current role in 2022.

Today, Karin leads the strategic development and manages the groups team, including the vertical deployment of technology, medical and health, insurance, banking and real estate. Additionally, she is responsible for revenue growth, staff development and mentorship, the development of new customers, and the enhancement of partnerships to bring experiences to life at the landmark Las Vegas meetings complex.

Prior to joining The Venetian, Karin spent five years as director of sales and marketing at The Westin Las Vegas and three years as director of sales at Embassy Suites. Here, she managed and developed strategy for sales and catering, corporate group business, and growing the meetings segments within both properties. Karin received her undergraduate degree in hotel management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her MBA from the University of Phoenix.

As a leader in the meetings industry, she is a member of MPI and HSMAI and participates in CEMA, Pharma Forum, and FICP with a focus on developing a team of managers who are a strategic resource within their vertical alignments. Karin has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Karin loves to run, dive, and golf. She resides in Las Vegas and is married with a son and daughter.
