The Dorsey Sessions are a series of pop-up events featuring noteworthy visiting bartenders from across the world. These gatherings, curated by barman Sam Ross and The Dorsey team are a cultural exchange for the bar community as well as the guest, giving each a different viewpoint from another bartender, market, and expanding their knowledge to new trends elsewhere in the world.

Erick Castro of Raised by Wolves in San Diego will treat guests to original cocktails found at the European-inspired bar. Castro’s experience in the industry has earned him numerous awards and accolades including a spot on Esquire’s Best Bars in America list, Food & Wine’s World’s Top Bars, a James Beard nomination, a Spirited Award at the prestigious Tales of The Cocktail, and more. Castro is also the host of Bartender at Large the popular podcast featuring some of the industry’s biggest names.
The Dorsey Sessions x Leyenda Brooklyn Cocteleria

Ivy Mix, co-owner and head bartender of Leyenda Brooklyn Cocteleria will serve guests her signature pan-Latin cocktails guests can expect to find at her establishment. Leyenda pays tribute to her years of living and bartending in Guatemala, as well as extensive travels throughout all Latin America. Leyenda has been recognized as one of the best bars in America by Eater, GQ, Thrillist and more, while Mix was named Best American Bartender at Tales of the Cocktail in 2015 and Mixologist of the Year by Wine Enthusiast in 2016.

Kelsey Ramage and Iain Griffiths of Trash Tiki in Toronto are well-known for their global pop-up tour, bringing their sustainability and zero-waste message and platform to large audiences across the world. Ramage and Griffiths are the leading industry figures in zero-waste efforts and Trash Tiki has become the bartender’s resource for all things environmentally minded. Guests will get the opportunity to sip on their signature tiki drinks and feel good while doing so.
