White Truffle Tasting Menu

The culinary scene in Italy dramatically changes when the calendar hits October. In honor of the annual harvest of the white truffle, Italian chefs eagerly change their menus to take advantage of the distinct aroma and intense earthy flavors of this prized fungi, often called the “diamond of the kitchen.” Inspired by his Italian upbringing, Chef Angelo Auriana has introduced a 4-course white truffle tasting menu for $160 per person, also available with an optional premium wine pairing.

Group Celebrations: Group Pasta Making Class

8-12 People

Indulge in the world of pasta as your group participates in a chef-led class at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano. Learn to cut, stuff, roll and shape at least three pastas and then enjoy a three-course chef’s menu paired with Italian wines.  (10-day minimum advance reservation required.)
