Looking for exquisite French cuisine to kick-start the new year? Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon is the best place to be. Begin with Maryland blue crab cakes with Champagne beurre blanc. Their scallops are always a win and with truffle risotto, creamed leeks, black winter truffles, and parmesan cream—how could you go wrong? If you’re looking for a vegetarian option, try the Bellwether ricotta dumplings. For dessert, the chocolate tart or pineapple upside down cake are both delightful.
