Best Nightlife in Vegas

There is no place more synonymous with the party scene than Vegas nightlife. When you want to escape the daily grind, even if it’s only for a few days, the Strip is where you’ll find your haven. This city is great for all seasons and it never goes out of fashion; Las Vegas is part of the quintessential American experience and we’ve made a Vegas nightlife guide just for you.

No Party like a Brunch Party

Having a good time during the day isn’t limited to the pools, so if you’re in town October through March on a Saturday at 11:00 a.m., then you must experience LAVO Party Brunch at The Palazzo®. It’s a unique concept that combines clubbing in the daytime, eating, Champagne, themed parties, dancing on tables, and lots of party favors. What more could you ask for? It’s highly recommended that you get your tickets in advance and make a reservation for bottle service so you can enjoy the food along with the cocktails. LAVO Party Brunch is one of the best day parties in Vegas, so reserve a table, grab your friends, and let loose.

To Eat Before

Frequenters of the best clubs in Vegas know their first stop should always be to fill up on hearty food. Get your night started right with Chica’s Braised Venezuelan-style Short Ribs served with black-eyed peas, herbal epazote oil, and pickled onions. Pair it with a Rhum New Fashioned from their specialty cocktail menu for Chica’s take on an Old Fashioned made with Rhum Clément Select Barrel. While you’re at it, don’t forget to try the Mexican Coke reduction with aromatic and orange bitters to kick off your cocktail journey through the Las Vegas bar scene.

The Dorsey

Decked out in gilded brass and French oak, The Dorsey is part of The Cocktail Collective and is a throwback to an era of sophisticated cool. At a Vegas bar this debonair you would half-expect to see James Bond enjoying a martini – if it’s on 007’s radar, you know you’re in the right place. The most intriguing area has to be the Library where you can lounge fireside and enjoy the curated digital art on display. Their most popular drink is the Penicillin made with Scotch, fresh lemon, ginger, honey, and an Islay float. Another cocktail gem to check out is Trade Winds, made with two types of rum, fresh lemon, coconut, apricot, and a dash of cream. The Dorsey brings Vegas nightlife to another level; It’s the best place to have a conversation and later on the DJ enhances the atmosphere by spinning old school hip hop classics.

Intimate by design, stepping into Rosina is like stepping back in time. This member of The Cocktail Collective evokes the glamour of a vintage train car. The Art Deco influences can be found in every detail, from the brass inlay in the floor to the crystal chandeliers and the inviting velvet banquettes. A unique feature that sets it apart from all the Las Vegas nightclubs is its Champagne Call Button. With just a simple press a server will offer you bubbly by the glass or by the bottle. If you’re a fan of chocolate (who isn’t?) stop by after 9 p.m. and you’ll be offered a Debauve & Gallais chocolate that pairs deliciously with your choice of cocktail. One of the best not-so-hidden secrets about this Las Vegas lounge is their Secret Old Fashioned and Julep menus that add a modern twist to these classic recipes. If you’re unsure what to order just ask the servers and bartenders to recommend their favorites! Whether you’re just starting out your evening or looking for a nightcap, Rosina is the Vegas bar where style reigns supreme.

Electra Cocktail Club completes the trio of The Cocktail Collective for a high energy alternative to the typical Las Vegas clubs. A 40-foot wall of LEDs creates a massive digital canvas showcasing custom artwork that transforms throughout the night. A mix of rock and hip hop creates the perfect atmosphere as you enjoy signature cocktail recipes crafted by the award-winning bartender Sam Ross. Charging Station is a favorite among regulars, made with vodka, cold brew coffee, coconut, and hellfire bitters. Another close second is Spicy Tommy’s #2 with tequila, fresh lime, orange, agave syrup, and chili salt. For connoisseurs, Electra has the largest collection of unique and rare tequilas and mezcals on the Strip. They have El Dorado 50, one of 600 in the country.

To Eat After

Whether you’re taking a timeout before you party through the rest of the night or you’re bookending your hop through Las Vegas nightclubs and bars, it’s definitely time to fill your stomach with fuel of the solid variety. Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is definitely the spot to be at, it’s open late and their burgers are the go-to meal to soak up your libation shenanigans. Dig into the Steak au Poivre Burger served with a sauce of green peppercorns and crumbled blue cheese. Don’t forget to try their Instagram-famous CrazyShake- this Sweet n’ Salty Peanut Butter Shake is covered with crazy confections on the outside to complement the creamy goodness on the inside (and if you’re looking to punch it up, you can make your shake a boozy one).

TAO Nightclub

If you’re looking to keep the party going and dance ‘til you drop then head to TAO Nightclub. One of the hottest Las Vegas clubs- you have 10,000 square feet of space to see and be seen! Celebrities frequent the club so you never know who you could run into. In typical nightclub fashion, there is an upscale-casual dress code. If you want a reprieve from the dance floor you can always go into the lounge for some cocktails and conversation. If you want to make a night of it, you can always book a dinner and nightlife package, which comes with a three-course dinner at TAO Bistro, admission to the club, and a VIP table with one bottle of liquor and mixers.
