If you find a lower online rate within 24 hours of booking, view our Property Terms and Conditions to see if it meets our policy standards.
Send an email with your claim to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your contact information (name, email, and telephone number)
- Your planned arrival date, departure date, number of guests
- Venetian.com rate
- Confirmation number
- The name of the competing website and rate
Within 24 hours of submitting your claim a representative from our resort services team will contact you with the status of your claim. If it’s approved, we will update your current suite rate to match the lower rate and upgrade you to the next available suite level.

If you need to update or change your reservation, you’re welcome to contact the experts from our resort services department. For any changes or cancellations*, please reach out at least 72 hours prior to your arrival so that we can accommodate any modifications to your existing reservation.
