General Information

 

SUITES:

Roll-in-shower: ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) suites do not have sunken living rooms. The suite is all on one level for guests who use wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids to have easy access to all areas of their room. Suites are equipped with required grab bars, spacious doors, doorways and closets with lowered bars and shelving. The entry door is equipped with two peepholes; the second one is lower for those using wheelchairs.

ADA suites also have a shower large enough for a wheelchair to roll into, and does not have a raised edge. The shower will also have adjustable shower heads and is equipped with a foldable bench seat. Toilets are wheelchair accessible. The bathroom sink is lower for better accessibility, from floor to bottom of counter for wheelchair access is 29 ¼”.

Guest may choose between ADA suites with two queen beds or one king bed and the standard bed height is 28 ½”.

The toilet height is 18 ½”.

This suite provides an ADA tub, with adjustable shower heads and railings. Toilets are wheelchair accessible. The bathroom sink is lower for better accessibility.
Guest may choose between ADA suites with two queen beds or one king bed and the standard bed height is 28 ½”.

The toilet height is 18 ½”.

The tub measurements are 17 3/8” High x 58” Length x 30” Width. Entry top edge from floor is 20”, inside to top of tub is 17 3/8, inside to top of entry marble 18 1/8”, length 60” and width 24”.

POOL:

All pool areas are ADA accessible. Guests with mobility issues can easily access those areas, adjoining restrooms, restaurants, and bars.

Note: not all Cabanas are ADA accessible, please specify your needs upon booking.

ADA lifts are available at all of our deep pools and spas. We offer seating assistance based on our guests’ personal needs. Please let the pool attendant at the pool desk know if you need assistance.

Medical beds and other: We will assist in scheduling delivery and set up of medical beds. We will also accept delivery of other medical equipment. Guests can contact Desert Medical at 702.876.9171 to order products, set up delivery, pick up, and provide payment. Can I book connecting ADA suites?

We have a limited number of ADA suites that will connect to other suites. If this is something you need or prefer, please contact us to inquire about availability.

Where are ADA suites located?

We offer ADA suites on lower and higher floors, usually in close proximity to the elevator banks. If you would like to place a request for a higher or lower floor, you can do so at the time of booking or by calling the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 before arrival. While we will guarantee and hold an ADA accessible suite if you have reserved one at the time of booking, we are not able to guarantee a specific style or type of suite. We will do our best to accommodate all specific suite type requests, however, we cannot guarantee a specific suite as ADA suite types are subject to availability at the time of arrival.

Do ADA suites have views of the Las Vegas Strip?

Some of our ADA suites have an upgraded view. You can check availability online or call 866.659.9643 directly to make a reservation. View upgrades can also be added to existing reservations based on availability.

Are ADA suites available in larger square footage?

Our standard suites start at 650 or 700 square feet and larger ADA suite types are also available. They can be booked directly on our websites, under the ADA Accessible Suites tab, or by calling 866.659.9643 to make a reservation.

Can the bed be raised or lowered?

We will try to accommodate requests such as these in accordance with safety and ADA guidelines. For any special requests, we recommend contacting the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 before arrival to better assist you.

Do you have suites with medical beds?

We do not have medical beds in our suites, however, we do allow for medical beds to be delivered and placed in our suites for the duration of your stay. We recommend contacting the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 before arrival to better assist you.

Can furniture be removed from the suite if interfering with my mobility?

We will try to accommodate furniture removal upon request. We recommend contacting the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 before arrival to better assist you. Please note that some furniture items may not be removable.

Do you have shower benches for non-ADA showers?

We have benches that can be delivered upon request. These items are on a first come, first served basis due to limited inventory. All suites with roll-in-shower already have a built in bench that folds up or down as needed. If you have specific questions, please call the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 before arrival to better assist you.

Do you provide step stools?

Unfortunately, we do not provide step stools. The height of sinks and closets is lower in ADA suites and complies with all ADA regulations.

Do you offer assistance to people with mobility issues or other disabilities, if needed?

We strive to accommodate all guest requests whenever possible. If you should require assistance please call the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 before arrival, or you may call the Front Desk while on property.

Can I bring my service dog?

Service dogs are welcome as defined by Title III of the ADA. A service animal is a dog that is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. If you are accompanied by your service dog, please let us know at the time of booking or upon check-in.

What accommodations do you offer for hearing-impaired guests?

We have ADA suites equipped with emergency strobe lights, as well as a limited number of non-ADA suites with the same feature. Upon request, we can install a TTY machine in any suite. We can also provide and install devices in the Silent Servant Welcome Kit. The Silent Servant Welcome Kit is an audio visual notification system for our ADA guests. If you require this equipment to be installed in your suite, please call the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 before arrival so that we can better assist you.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) we provide reasonable modifications of our policies, practices, procedures, auxiliary aids, and other services, where necessary to provide access to our property’s offerings where they do not create an undue financial or administrative burden or fundamentally alter the nature of our amenities or services.
