Nearly 80 of Las Vegas’ finest restaurants, nightclubs, and beverage purveyors will come together for this tasty event Thursday, May 25, 2017 at The Palazzo Pool Deck from 7-10 p.m. This gourmet event featuring savory cuisine and succulent cocktails is set poolside for an elegant and fun evening. Join us for a night of divine indulgence.
Early admission includes access to the event at 6 p.m. An hour before the scheduled start.
"Event proceeds support the Nevada Restaurant Association's educational and scholarship programs, including ProStart, a national high school culinary skill and restaurant management program. In Nevada, more than 2,600 students in 33 schools take part in the program, which teaches students the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the foodservice industry."
Founded in 1982, the Nevada Restaurant Association has carried its mission to promote, protect, and educate Nevada's rapidly growing restaurant industry. Members of the Nevada Restaurant Association, like The Venetian and The Palazzo, represent many different facets of the industry including restaurants, hotels, casinos, taverns, and allied members who are vendors of restaurant goods and services. The Las Vegas Epicurean Affair is a gourmet food event that brings together the above-mentioned innovators in a unique and engaging way to show off the best and brightest in the Las Vegas food scene. Of course, no food tasting event would be complete without accompanying stars, and there is no shortage of top-tier chefs, mixologists, and other cuisine artists. Several of our own experts from around the resort will be on hand to make this Las Vegas food tasting one you’ll love. From the opening sips until the final bites, it’s something not to be missed.
