The Dorsey Sessions

The Dorsey Sessions are a series of pop-up events featuring noteworthy visiting bartenders from across the world. These gatherings, curated by barman Sam Ross and The Dorsey team are a cultural exchange for the bar community as well as the guest, giving each a different viewpoint from another bartender, market, and expanding their knowledge to new trends elsewhere in the world.

Group Celebration at The Cocktail Collective

Each venue of The Cocktail Collective offers a group celebration package with full sensory indulgence: beautifully crafted (and shareable) cocktails, dynamic décor, distinct musical vibes and settings that were created for conversations. The package includes an epic “sharable” cocktail for five, and a round of custom celebration cocktails. Based on the spirit, beer or champagne preferences of the group, the bartender will create a special cocktail in honor of the evening.  Available for groups of 5 –20. Pricing varies based on total number of guests. Advance reservations are suggested.
