To that end, we proudly present the critically acclaimed Yardbird Southern Table & Bar. A house of worship to farm-fresh ingredients, classic Southern cooking, culture and hospitality. Helmed by award-winning restaurateur John Kunkel, the original location was recognized by the James Beard Foundation as Best New Restaurant and was named among America's Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit.

We’re serving up the freshest, most inventive takes on regional Southern fare for lunch on weekdays, supper seven days a week and weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. In the heart of Miami, restaurateur John Kunkel, founder of 50 Eggs, Inc., focuses his unwavering passion for food and cooking a wide variety of cuisines into a diverse group of successful culinary concepts. In just under two decades, Kunkel has built 50 Eggs, Inc into an award winning restaurant group, demonstrating his talents with brand ideation, menu development and operational excellence for a broad range of hospitality concepts.
A true American success story: Kunkel has launched some of the country’s most successful concepts including Yardbird Southern Table & Bar Miami in 2011. Offering Kunkel’s take on refined Southern food, it was named a James Beard Semifinalist for “Best New Restaurant South,” was lauded in the New York Times and recognized as one of Bon Appétit’s “50 Best New Restaurants.”
A tribute to his passion and Southern roots, Yardbird Miami has won consistent praise and acclaim from around the country. Adding to the legacy, in July 2014 he announced the expansion of the home-grown Yardbird Southern Table & Bar Miami, to an 8,000 square foot space which opened in Las Vegas in January 2015 on iconic restaurant row at The Venetian® Las Vegas.
