For breakfast, RIVA offers Puck's take on classic morning items such as the Breakfast Burrito stuffed with cheddar cheese, chorizo and potatoes; Buttermilk Pancakes with fresh blueberries and vanilla mascarpone; and Crisp Belgian Waffles with fresh strawberries. On the lighter side, the menu features freshly made fruit smoothies, house-made granola parfaits and steel-cut oatmeal with toasted walnuts and plumped raisins.
Lunch selections include Spicy Glazed Chicken Wings with house made blue cheese dressing; Mediterranean Chopped Vegetable Salad with Grilled Shrimp and Feta; Prime Burger with white cheddar; plus Wolfgang's signature pizzas. For guests on the go, RIVA's convenient take-out window allows diners to take Wolfgang's culinary creations back to their suites.
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Cointreau
- Coarse salt
Shake tequila, lime juice, and Cointreau with ice. Strain into ice-filled double old-fashioned glass. Rub rim of glass with lime slice. Press rim of glass into coarse salt. Garnish with lime slice.
