Postrio
Introducing New Menu and New Décor!
America's most celebrated chef, Wolfgang Puck, brings his award-winning San Francisco restaurant, Postrio, to Las Vegas and the Grand Canal Shoppes. Set within a stunning new interior, Chef Puck presents a menu of contemporary California cuisine. The dining room and café menus feature small plates, appetizers, wood-oven baked pizzas, handmade pastas and enticing entrees and are perfect for both casual and more formal dining.
The exciting new menu showcases the best of Wolfgang Puck’s classic signature dishes including Sautéed Maine Lobster & Crab Cake with Meyer lemon aioli and micro arugula; Roasted Baby Beets with Humboldt Fog goat cheese and pistachios; and Cantonese Style Roasted Duck with ginger and steamed bao buns. Newly created items include Garlicky Littleneck Clams with Spanish chorizo and grilled bread; Grilled Whole Loup de Mer with green olive-parsley vinaigrette; Slow Braised Beef Short Ribs with creamy polenta; and Grilled Prime New York Sirloin with Yukon Gold-horseradish potatoes and cognac-mustard sauce.
In the casual café, patrons will find items such as Grilled Chicken Pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, pesto and pine nuts; Trio of House-Made Sausages with sweet peppers and three mustards; Grilled Black Angus Burger with Tillamook cheddar and red onion marmalade; and the popular Lobster Club Sandwich on nine-grain bread with apple wood smoked bacon. The café offers diners a festive, front row view of the Carnivale atmosphere on St. Mark’s Square. The café is open daily for lunch and dinner. The dining room is open daily for dinner only. Private dining is available.
