Do I need to make a reservation in order to submit a claim? 

Yes, a reservation through www.venetian.com is required. 

Do I need to submit a screen shot of the external site? 

Yes. Submit with the required information listed above. 

How do I submit a claim? 

All claims can be submitted via email to our reservations team at reservations@sands.com  

How long until I hear back from Venetian regarding my claim? 

You will hear back from Venetian within 24 hours. 

How will I know when my claim is validated? 

A Venetian Representative will contact you. If the submitted claim is successful, you will be notified of your upgraded room type and revised Best Rate Guarantee rate. 

What if I can book a particular suite type through a competing suite provider, but not through Venetian?

Claims are only valid for room types that are bookable via www.venetian.com. 

Step 1:

Find a lower, published, available rate for the same Venetian room type and dates within 24 hours of making a reservation on palazzo.com.

Step 2:

Please send an email to reservations@sands.com with the following information: 

  • The information related to the stay (arrival date, departure date, number of guests)
  • The competing room provider and rate
  • Confirmation number
  • www.venetian.com rate
  • Your contact information (name, email and phone number). 

Step 3:

A Venetian Representative will evaluate your claim to ensure it meets our Property Terms and Conditions.

Step 4:

Within 24 hours, a Venetian Representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation to match the lower third-party room rate AND upgrade you to the next available room level.
