Fusion is a Latin-inspired Mixology Bar, with high energy and spectacular hand-crafted cocktails, featuring drinks from Mexico, Trinidad, Brazil and Peru made from Tequila, Rum, Cachaca and Pisco. The cocktails are made-to-order by trained mixologists using fresh fruits and the muddling technique of grinding sugar and fresh limes and lemons.

Latin music reminiscent of the Rumba, Salsa and Samba and images of South American beaches, landmarks and dancing create a fun atmosphere in this circle bar on The Palazzo casino floor near Dos Caminos, 24 hours a day Friday and Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00am Sunday through Thursday. Specialty cocktails retail at $12 and infused shots at $6. "Social Hour" offers 2-for-1 cocktails to patrons with coupons, or colleagues in the hospitality industry from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. daily.
