The Venezia pool deck level is home to the hotel's most romantic respite, The Venetian Wedding Chapel. This special place encompasses the romanticism of Venice – an enchanted edifice where guests may seal the special moment of eternity. At approximately 2,500 square foot, the full-service Wedding Chapel overlooks the pool deck and garden and includes seating accommodations for up to 150 guests.
The chapel can be divided into three separate smaller chapels with the capacity to seat up to approximately 45 to 55 persons each. With the flexibility of this new chapel, The Venetian is able to offer even more options to our soon-to-be newlyweds.
Wedding catering is provided by Peter Wimler, regarded as one of the best pastry chefs in the world. Chef Wimler uses his extraordinary creativity and unique style to bake cakes and pastries that make The Venetian one of the most desirable wedding destinations in the world.
Guests will enjoy dining at the sophisticated bistro-style restaurant, Bouchon, by Thomas Keller. Located on the pool deck, the restaurant's menu, décor and style is modeled on Keller's original classic French restaurant that he opened in the Napa Valley in 1998. Known for its traditional French country cuisine, Bouchon offers classic preparations, which include steak frites, boudin noir, roasted chicken and tarte tatin.
A raw seafood bar, innovative wine program, and after-hours menu makes Bouchon one of The Venetian's most sought after restaurants and reaffirms the property's status as the “culinary capital of the world.”
Bouchon serves breakfast and dinner.
