What is the Leadership Development Program (Property)?
The Leadership Development Program (Property) is a unique hands-on training program created by The Venetian and The Palazzo to recruit, inspire, and develop managerial candidates for its ever-growing family of global resort destinations. This extraordinary opportunity gives associates the chance to learn the exciting and lucrative resort-hotel-casino business from the inside out, through job shadowing corporate vice presidents and directors, rotating through specific departments to gain real-world experience, and managing various projects from concept to completion.
As a part of the program, associates will formulate and follow a customized training plan based on the individuals’ career goals. Upon completion of the program, associates are evaluated for placement in management positions within The Venetian and The Palazzo

What are the duties of a Leadership Development Program associate?
The duties of the Leadership Development Program associate vary by individual and by progress in the program. The purpose of the program is to give managerial candidates a breadth of experience that will allow them to become more effective, more confident and more capable executives in the future.
For how long will I be an associate in the Leadership Development Program?
The program lasts 12 months and will carry the associate through all aspects of the resort-hotel-casino business. The program takes place at The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino and The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino, both in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Who is eligible for the Leadership Development Program?
The following is required to be a part of the Leadership Development Program:
- Must possess at least a undergraduate-level degree from an accredited hospitality or business program
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Outstanding analytical and communications skills
- Previous hospitality work experience is required, and hospitality management experience is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
