As a Grazie member, you are able to update your account information online at any time. This includes your email address, phone number, and home/business address.
To do this, please follow the steps below.
- If you haven’t already, click here to set up a pin number.
- Once you have a pin, click here to login.
- Once you’ve logged on, you can go to the "update my profile" page and once there, update your information, including your email address.
If you are not yet a grazie member, you can sign up with your new email address online. If you don’t want to receive email at your old address, you can unsubscribe it by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is located on the bottom of any email promotion you receive.

Yes. The Venetian has both wheelchair-accessible suites and suites equipped for the hearing-impaired. Simply ask your Venetian representative for more information when booking your suite.
There are many different transportation options in Las Vegas, including shuttle buses, taxis, and limousine services. If you would like to pre-arrange transportation to The Venetian, contact Concierge Services at 877.883.6423.
Avis Rent a Car Rental is The Venetian’s official on-site rental representative. If you would like to arrange a car rental, contact Avis at 800.331.1212 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Regular check-in begins at 3 p.m. ; however, you can request an early check-in by calling the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423. Based on availability; additional charges may apply.

Coffeemakers are not available in any of the suites.
The Venetian accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
Yes. Upon arrival, simply contact the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 and a crib will be delivered to your suite.
You can exchange foreign currency on the casino floor, at the main cashier cage.
Yes. You can purchase flower arrangements through The Venetian Floral department by calling 866.395.4345.
All suites at The Venetian are equipped with a hairdryer. It can be found in the bathroom vanity desk drawer.
All suites at The Venetian are equipped with both an iron and an ironing board. Both can be found in your suite’s closet.
The Venetian does not have on-site medical care; however, we do have trained Emergency Medical Technicians on site 24 hours a day.
Microwave ovens are not available in any of the suites.
You can order movies in your suite by using the Pay-Per-View service available on your in-suite television system.
The Venetian provides complimentary valet and self-parking.
The Venetian welcomes all ADA-approved service dogs with proper documentation. Documentation may include an ADA card, ADA tags, or an identifying vest worn by the pet in question.
The Venetian will provide your suite with a refrigerator for $25 per day based on availability. Upon arrival, simply contact the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 to request a refrigerator.
You can arrange to charge items to your suite through the Front Desk. To do so, you will need to provide the Front Desk with a credit card or a $150-per-day cash deposit and will need to carry a photo ID to make charges to your suite.

Lost or forgotten pin numbers can be reset by clicking on the Club Grazie link. Simply type your account number, skip the pin number and click on the word "here". You will be prompted to create your pin number.

The Venetian has created its own charitable organization called The Sands Foundation. The Sands Foundation provides guidance for all of The Venetian’s charitable donations, community outreach/development programs, and team member support programs.

Table minimums are adjusted based on business demands, and generally start at $10 during the week and $15 on weekends.
The newly opened Venetian Poker Room is nearly 11,000 square feet, and is among the city’s largest venues and is destined to become the premier poker room in Las Vegas.
We currently offer complimentary gaming lessons seven days a week. You can learn Craps at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. , Roulette at noon, and Blackjack at 12:15 p.m. daily in the casino.
After you have selected where you would like to play, provide the supervisor with valid identification. The supervisor will be able to issue you a player’s card for rating.
We offer a wide variety of denominations from 1 cent to $500.
Simply mail us a copy of your driver’s license with the ticket. Casino Accounting will research the ticket and, when it is found to be valid, will send you a check.

While we subscribe to all major sport TV contracts, we are unable to know in advance if a specific game will be shown.
